This is a common feeling for many of us when going to a new place. If you feel nervous about coming, feel free to contact us ahead of time so we can look for you and help you get connected to some great people. Another way to help you feel more comfortable might be to invite someone to come with you. We welcome first-timers on a regular basis, so rest assured you can quickly feel like a part of the family!

We have a fantastic team of youth leaders, who love the Lord and enjoy guiding and learning from youth. All our leaders are carefully selected and have completed all required background clearances.
As you may know, our former Youth Director, Sam Ray, finished her time at Falling Spring on July 31. After ten years in various ministries, she felt it was time for a season of rest and more time with her family.
Even without a Youth Director right now, please know we have no intention of slowing down in building relationships with youth in our church and community — helping them grow and thrive in Christ and every area of their lives remains our focus.
We’re grateful for an incredible team of loving, dedicated youth leaders who are working behind the scenes and showing up for our youth week after week.
The Personnel Committee has been laying the groundwork to search for our next Youth Director. The job posting has gone out to various ministry job boards, and a search committee will soon be formed to begin interviews. Please join us in praying for this process, for those serving on the search committee, and for the person God is preparing to be our next Youth Director.
