Camp registration begins on Feb. 27, at 7:27 p.m.

Camp begins Sunday, July 15, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.  

Camp ends Friday, July 20, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.

*Campers are not permitted to leave camp unless it’s an emergency.

 Who is eligible for camp?   

Any youth, currently in grades 7-12.

What is the cost?

$190/person or $175/person for families sending more than 1 camper.

We will hold your registration as long as full payment is received on or before May 1, 2018.  Checks can be made payable to “PCFS”

Scholarships are available. Please indicate on your registration form if you need a scholarship.

Transportation.  

Families of campers are responsible for transportation to and from camp. Campers are not permitted to have a vehicle at camp.

Where is camp?   

At the beautiful Horse Valley Acres in Upper Strasburg. Campers stay in cabins according to grade. Girls and guys stay on opposite sides of the lake.

3:00 Free time (4:30-5:30 Can go to cabins if needed)

6:00 Special Event (Mon-Tues); or evening gathering (Wed-Thurs)

7:45 Evening Gathering (Mon-Tues); or special event (Wed-Thurs)

9:00 Cabin time and cabin clean-up

12:00 Sleep!
