From the intern:

Build relationships with youth and their families – pointing them towards Jesus Christ.

Assist in planning and leading Camp Falling Spring- 1 week in July.

Assist with VBS- 1 week in June. 

• Plan and run summer youth group meetings & events, with direction from the Youth Ministry Director.

• Assist with Sunday morning youth Bible study classes.

• Fulfill the purpose of Falling Spring Youth, which is to build RELATIONSHIPS with youth and their families, helping them to KNOW Jesus Christ personally, GROW closer to the Lord, and SHOW God’s love to others.

Expect these hours to increase the two weeks before (and during) Camp Falling Spring.

Internship runs for 10 weeks June 1st- August 7th 

Camp Falling Spring: July 12-17th

• Prayer and planning meetings:  We will meet daily to pray and talk about what is happening in the youth ministry.  We also attend a staff meeting on Mondays.
• Relational Ministry:  We will enjoy intentional time with youth, families, and others in the church and community. 
• Event Planning:  The Youth Ministry summer events, especially Camp Falling Spring, involve a great deal of planning and organizing.  We will organize materials and details; make phone calls; communicate with students, parents, and leaders; purchase supplies; generate creative ideas; and more.
• Events:  You will be expected to attend and provide leadership for summer youth events.  Your leadership roles will depend on your interests and abilities.

$3,500 stipend for the summer, 2026.
